All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location and the courier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AquaPaws is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
AquaPaws is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at mehdi.maskaoui@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we will work directly with the shipping carrier to file a claim on your behalf.
